Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above INR 5,000. Orders below this amount will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout. Please note that cash on delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines
• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2-4 business days, with an additional 2-4 business days for transit.
• During festive seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be longer. If you require your order by a specific date, please reach out to our team before placing your order.
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Information (India)
• We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
• Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than usual. Additional charges may apply to shipments to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states due to logistical constraints.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected. A signature and identification proof may be required upon delivery.
• Each order is shipped to a single address. If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
• All items in a single order will be shipped together to minimize packaging and reduce environmental impact.

Returns & Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs for returning items (including those sent for repairs) must be borne by the customer.
• We do not provide complimentary return postage.
